• Do you ship internationally?

-Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this current time. Check back at a later date for updates. 

• How long will it take to receive my items?

- Please allow 3-7 business days for fulfillment and processing your order. This does not include Saturday & Sunday. This also does not include shipping time.

-Shipping can take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Totaling approx 1-2 weeks before receiving your items. Due to current events related to Covid-19, please allow extra shipping time with USPS.

• Who do I contact if there is a problem with shipping?

-If you have a problem with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered, please contact USPS and they will be able to further assist you. We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship from our site. After ordering, please make sure the address is accurate. We do not reship or refund orders due to error in wrong address input during the checkout process.

• How do I return or exchange a product?

-We hope you love your purchase! Due to all tees being made to order, we are unable to provide refunds for our customized products. Please ensure correct items and sizes during the checkout phase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON UNWORN/UNWASHED DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY; eligible exchanges are for same item and size depending on availability. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions. Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

• Who do I contact with any questions, reviews, issues or concerns?

• How do I wash my items?

-We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
